HAPSBURG DYNASTY
Has No Objection to Restoration LONDON, June 18. A Vienna message states that Italy doea not object to the restoration of the Hapsbuit dynasty to the throne of Austria. According to the "Beithspost” of June 16, Italy approves, and even emphasises, that the restoration question is a purely internal Austrian affair, because no international treaty prevents Austria choosing her own form of Government. As a monarchist country and a friend of Austria, Italy will understand all the decisions of the Austrian people, whether other countries are pleased or not. The Archduke Otto, in a letter to Austria from his exile in Belgium, promieeu to bridge over all class antagonists when he is restored to the throne. "Aa a true Hapsburg, I will make sacrifices in my Austria,” he declare*.
