Fine Programme Arranged For Next Monday Tho music-loving public of Hastings are assured of a very entertaining evening on Monday, June 22, when the Hastings Orchestral Society will present an attractive programme oi popular and classical music in the Assembly Hail The programme has been in rehearsal lor some time, aud a very high standard has been reached. The society will be assisted by Madame Woodward, Wellington’s foremost soprano, and Mr. E. G. Stevenson. Napier’s popular tenor. The piiees will be as usual, and there is no doubt that this concert, which marks the opening of the present season, will be keenly supported.
