SUMMONED FOR DEBT
Judgment for plaintiffs by default of defendants was given by Mr J. Miller, S. in the Napier Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning in the following debt cases: — Ellis Bros. v. A. Gerbes £1 16/6, costs 13/-: Napier-Wellington Transport Co., 1,1 d., v. W. It. Lewis 10/-, costs 8/-; A. S. Merson v. A. R. and J. Eddy (against separate estate) £32 12/-, costs £1 6/6; It. Girvan v G. H. Gibbs, £37 costs £4 6/6; Jack Snaddon Ltd., v, T. McAlister £l, costs 9/-. On a judgment summons John Wainn was ordered lo pay J. Carr the sum of £ll 6/2, and costs forthwith, in default 13 days’ iuiprisoumeut, tho warrunt to be suspended us long as de lemiant pays 25/- a month.
