WOMEN’S INSTITUTE

Clive Group The Clive Women's Institute held its monthly meeting in the supper-room of the Clivo Public Hall, when Mrs Frank Morritt presided over a good attendance of members. The meeting opened with tho institute song and the creed. The roll-call, “Where I met my husband” brought varied an J in some cases humorous answers. An interesting demonstration on Italian quilting was given bv Miss Bennett, ol Hie Awatoto Women’s Institute, and was very mueli appreciated by members. Some very fine samples of Hie finished article were on view.
