Remarkable Escape of Pilot and Passenger MACHINE IN FLAMES (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received 8, 10.3(1 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 8. Remarkable escapes from death or serious injury were experienced by a pilot, Kenneth Horn, and a passenger, Herbert Morris, when their plane crashed and burst into flames when they were attempting to land in a paddock near Singleton. The machine was the famous Red Rose, in which Mrs Miller and Captain Lancaster flew to Australia. Mr Horn and Mr Morris leaped from the burning plane as it struck the ground. Tho machine was burned to ashes.
