CUSTODY OF CHILD STAR
Earnings to be Divided LOS ANGELES, June 4. The controversy over the custody of Freddie Bartholomew was settled out of court to-day with an agreement di viding the child star’s earnings, part to be allocated to his aunt for the maintenance of the boy and herself, the second part to be used to support his father, mother and two sisters in Hollywood. The remainder will go to a trust fund for the child. The relative size of each division is not revealed.
