TO-DAY’S RECIPE
APPLE DELIGHT. Ingredients: 2 cups of honey, 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon, 1 cup of vinegar, 2 quarts of peeled dried apples. Method; Place the honey in the top part of a double boiler with the cinnamon and vinegar. When the mixture becomes syrupy add a few of the dried apples at a time and cook until they are all transparent. When all the apples are cooked pour the syrup all over and serve at once.
