CARD TOURNAMENT
On Tuesday evening a most enjoyable card tournament was held at the residence of Mrs Starnes, Tukituki. There was a very large crowd present, including many visitors from Hastings.
After some exe'ting games the winners proved to be:—Ladies, Miss Mo ire and Mrs G. IL Smith (equal) 1; gentlemen, Mr F. Smith and Air Merritt. At the conclusion of the cards a most delicious supper was served.
