Campbell had appointed a substitute to act as delegate in her place on the jubilee committee and that Misses Martin and Matheson would give every assistance possible at the celebrations on behalf of the Library Committee. It was left with Mrs. Campbell to inquire whether the “Reminiscences of Mr. Cross” recently published could be obtained in pamphlet form. It was again reported that the suggestion book was not being availed of to any extent by subscribers. A notice is to be placed in the library calling attention to the suggestion book. Considerable discussion took place regarding books not returned within the time limit and also on suitable books for prospective purchase.
