ELECTION OF MEMBERS.. pUBSUANT to the provisions of the Education Aet, 1914, and the Amendments thereof, it is hereby notiiied that on the 15th day of July, 1936, an Election will be held to fill six vacancies on the Education Board of the District of Hawke’s Bay, one member being required to represent each of the Rural and Urban Areas as follows:— North Ward of Rural Area, Middle Ward of Rural Area, South Ward of Rural Area, Gisborne Urban Area, Napier Urban Area, Hastings Urban Area. Nominations will close at 5 o’clock on the afternoon of WEDNESDAY, the 24th day of June, 1936. Nominations must give the full name of the candidate, and must be signed by not less than two members of a School Committee of the Area for which the candidate is nominated, and by the candidate consenting thereto, and must be received by the Returning Officer at his office, Browning Street, Napier, not later than the last-mentioned time.
