Pukahu Branch Meets
At a meeting held in the Pukahu School, Mr. D. O. Begley, chairman of the Pukahu branch of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union, presided over a good attendance of members. Mr. Begley, as delegate to the provincial conference, gave his report of the work done at tho conference. Correspondence with the Dominion secretary on the subject of the Pukahu School was read with approval. An address on the early days in New Zealand, with special reference to the dairy industry, reported elsewhere in this issue, was given by Mr. Begley.
