Australia Adopts It SYDNEY, April 23. Tho Australian Cricket Board of Control at its weetnig to-day decided to adopt the new experimental leg-before cricket law and to instruct its delegate to the Imperia] Cricket Conference in London on May 25 to support its inclusion in tho laws.
The Cricket Board received a letter from the Maharajah of Patiala, recording the unqualified success of the tour of India by Tarrant’s team, and hoping it would be the forerunner of. many more such cricket tours.
It was announced that tho New Zealand Cricket Council had received from the Australian Board £1721 as its share of the profits from matches played in Australia by E. B. Holmes’s team.
