ITALY PLANS LOAN
Development of Abyssinia LONDON, April 22. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Rome correspondent says the Government is reported to be considering a six per cent, internal Abyssinian development loan of £82,000,000 to £83,000,000. It is not to be issued till victory is complete.
