SANCTIONS COMMITTEE
Not Meeting Just Yet GENEVA, April 21. M. Vasconcellos, President of the Sanctions Committee of the League, expresses the opinion that the meeting of the Sanctions Committee of Eighteen would be inopportune at present. He proposes to summon it on a date near the next session of the League Council, when he will draw attention to the fact that the Italian trade figures show the effects of sanctions and are becoming progressively apparent.
