SOVIET CONCENTRATION
Troops in the Far East JAPANESE VERSION TOKIO, March 15. According to Major Arimatsu’s report to Cabinet, the Soviet has massed 200,000 troops in the Far East and 900 war planes, and is spending huge sums on concrete fortifications on the frontier, while 59 submarines have assembled at Vladivostock.
