IN ACCOBDANCE with Section 43 of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I have this day deposited in the oilice jot the Magistrate’s Court, Hastings, the Ratepayers’ list of Stockowners in the Hawke’s Bay Rabbit District on 30th, November, 1935, as contained in my official roll on Ist March, 1936. The list is open for public inspection, and any OBJECTIONS will bo heard by the Magistrate on WEDNESDAY, Bth. April, 1936, at 10 a.m. Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason of the insertion or incorrectness of any matter in such list or of the omission of any matter therefrom may object by lodging with the Clerk of the Magistrate’s Court in Hastings, not later than three days before the date fixed for such hearing, an objection in writing under his hand setting forth the grounds of such objection. A copy of such objection shall at the same time be lodged with, or sent by registered letter, to the Secretary, Hawke’s Bay Rabbit Board, P.O. Box 282, Hastings. For the convenience of Ratepayers who wish to inspect the Roll, a copy is available at the Board’s Office, Central Building, Market Street North, Hastings, during office hours, and copies will also be open to public inspection at all reasonable hours from 16th.
