ALLEGED THEFT OF DOG
Charged with stealing a sheepdog at Bunnythorpe on September 24 last, valued at £lO and the property of Edson Newdick, a man whose name was ordered to be suppressed appeared in the Napier Police Court this morning before Messrs A. E. Renouf and G. B. Menzies, J.P.’s. He was remanded to appear at Hastings on December H. Accused was represented by Mr S. H. Morrison, while SeniorSergeant W. Pend"'- nroseeuted for the police. Bail was allowed in the sum of £5O for self, with one surety for a like amount.
