NORTH-SOUTH CRICKET
Hawke’s Bay Players Chosen TOWN v. COUNTRY (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Dec. 4. Mr. A. M. Ongley, sole has selected the following teams to play a North v. South trial match here on December 13 and 14, after which the Country team to meet the Town eleven at Wellington will be selected. The teams are: — North.—Worker (captain), Lambert, O’Brien, Biggar, H. Reaney (Hawke’s Bay), Betts, Barker (Taranaki), McDougall, Smith (Wanganui), D. Cameron, J.Marshall (Rangitikei). Reserve: Mahoney (Hawke’s Bay). South.—Norris (captain), Moloney, Cutler, N. Gallichan, Murchison, Spelman (Manawatu), Freeman (Nelson), Montgomery, Peterson, Wilson (Wairarapa), Bailey (Southern Hawke’s Bay).
