ITALY’S LIBYA FORCES
(Received 4, 1.30 p.ra.) ROME, Dec. 3 A decree announces the reorganisation of the Italian permanent forces in Libya, which at ordinary peace strength will total 20,90!) officers and men, of whom 13,017 will be native soldiers. There will also be 305 officers and mm from the Italian army seconded.
