CHARGE OF ESPIONAGE
German to Stand Trial

LONDON, Dec. 3. Dr. Gortz was committed for trial at the Old Bailey in January on charges of spying in the interests of Germany.
It is alleged that Dr. Goertz and a woman companion secured the confidence of an R.A.F. officer and from him secured aerial photographs of Brtish aerodromes and phetographs and information relating to British military aircraft.
