RIFLE SHOOTING
Taradale Defence Club
The members of the Taradale Defence Rifle Club fired the second match for the Rivers Cup under good weather conditions, the top scorer of the day being B. Bitters, whose score at 600 yards was a very fine effort under the conditions. The leading scores are as follow,-—
Next Saturday the club will fire the final match, 15 shots at 500 yards, which will be fired in conjunction with the first match for the McDonald trophy, the handicaps being as follow (conditions, 10 shots at 300 and 500 yards):—T.
