Ingredients: 21b, currants (washed and dried), lib, sultanas, 41b. suet, 11b. apples, jib. citron peel, -jib. lemon peel, -jib. orange peel, rib. moist sugar, j teaspoon--IT.I of mixed spice, 1 -wineglass of brandy, the juice of 2 oranges and one lemon. Method: Chop finely the suet, apples and peel and mix all the ingredients together well. Bottle in airtight jars. The mince meat will keep a year.
