Hawke’s Bay Provincial Titles ENTRIES FOR THURSDAY Excellent entries have been received by the Hawke’s Bay Boxing Association for the 1935 provincial amateur championships to be held at Hastings next Thursday evening, the aggregate being 32, with all divisions with the exception of the heavyweight class represented. The following is the list of entries received for the various divisions: — Flyweight.—J. Mclvor (Hastings), S. Byford (Napier). L. F. McLaughlan (Hastings) and B. Boyle (Hastings). Bantamweight.—B. McKay (Hastings) L. Dyer (Hastings), B. Boyle (Hastings), L. G. McLaughlan (Hastings). Featherweight.—B. McKay (Hastings), C. Murphy (Waipukurau), H. Mclvor (Hastings), S. Murphy (Waipukurau), J. Davey (Waipukurau), C. Robertson (Hastings). Lightweight.—L. Mclnnes (Hastings), A. Kitt (Hastings), and M. H. Donovan (Hastings). Welterweight.—J. Donovan (Hastings), J. Ferguson (Waipukurau), E. Bligh (Havelock North), L. Forward (Waipukurau) and J. Davis (Hastings). Middleweight.—J. Davis (Hastings) and A. Chapman (Waipukurau). Light - heavyweight —P. Cowan (Hastings) and H. Percy (Hastings). The draw will be announced after the meeting of the executive of the association to-morrow evening.
