GOOD-BYE, “SOCKS”!

Frimley Troop is at lust furiously considering ceasing to play that ancient game of "Socks,” to which our worthy Commissioner has taken exception on more than one occasion. While quite interesting and amusing, the casualty list is inclined to grow to rather alarming proportions at times, and at the last meeting of the Frimley Court of Honour it was decided to replace “Socks” with some less suicidal game. The veterans of the troop will probably feel that the troop is going to the dogs, but the Court of Honour feels that it is letter that we go there than to our graves.
