HONEY MARKETING
Successful Year’s Operation (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HAMILTON, June 21. Satisfaction with the operations of New Zealand Honey, Ltd., in the first year of its existence was voiced by shareholders at the annual meeting in Hamilton. The chairman, Mr Wallace Nelson, said a pay-out of at least 4|d per lb. would be made on last year’s trading when the accounts were finalised. On the present year’s operations there was every reason to. hope for a disbursement of 4Jd or od per lb. It was pointed out that about 70 per cent, of honey produce was sold on the local market, and that it was essential to gain the shelter of organised marketing. The retiring directors, Messrs 1,. Irwin and A. B. Callick, were reelected unopposed
