— ■ ♦ — ■— Captain Dibbern at Bluff By Telegraph—Press Association INVERCARGILL. March 15. The yacht To Rapunga, which won the race across the Tasman, arrived at Bluff at ft.3o this morning after au uneventful voyage that occupied the good time of ten days. The New Zealand Coast was actually sighted six days ago, but owing to fog the vessel could not make port earlier. Fair weather was experienced throughout the trip. Captain George J. Dibbern stated today that he would depart from Bluff for Napier with the first westerly wind. From Napier he would proceed to Gisborne and Auckland.
