COMPETITION MATCHES Batsmen in Good Form CENTURY AGAIN TO HOLZ The Hcretaunga and Methodist B cricket teams met at Cornwall Park yesterday, when some good batting form was shown by both sides. Methodist B took first strike, and were not all dispersed of until 238 runs appeared on the board. Of this total Holz contributed a well played 123. He played sound cricket for though he hit IC> fours, he played the good bowling carefully. Scott 29, Saddler 23, Love 18, Ball 10 and Davidson JO were the other double figure scorers. House and McDuff were the opening batsmen for Heretar.nga, and when stumps were drawn for the day, both were still at the wickets, McDuff being not out with 67, and House not out with 42.
