Last Carnival of Season PRESENTATION OE TROPHIES The Havelock Swimming Club’s season closed with last evening s carnival, at which the cups, trophies, and certificates won during the season were presented. The pre.-..d<’nt, Dr. W. Reeve, before presenting the prizes, thanked the spectators for their generous support and interest throughout the season, mentioning that a large attendance was always a distinct encouragement to the swimmers to give of their best. He also complimented the swimmers of the club on the high degree of proficiency and sportsmanship shown by the season’s activities. The prize-winners were us follow: — Schoolboys. —T. McCracken 1, H.
