Mr. Sydney J. Southern
The death has occurred in London oi Mr Sydney J. Southern, editor oi Wisrlen’s Almanack- He collapsed attrr speaking at the I'erret Cricket Club's dinner at the Oval. He had recently been in poor health but was eheciiul during dinner ami proposed the tuafet of cricket. He sat down, apparently unwell, and was carried to an anteroom, where lie died before the arrival of doctors. Tho guests immediately dispersed.
