BRITISH CABINET
Rumours of Reconstruction LONDON, March 13. The Prime Minister's indisposition has revived rumours of Cabinet reconstruction. Reliable authorities are of the opinion that changes will be made after the Jubilee celebrations. This means after July. Some believe that Mr MacDonald will then relinquish the Premiership in favour of an office not involving departmental duties. Others are of opin on that Mr MacDonald will surrender his office to Mr Baldwin earlier, in which case few other changes may occur. Obviously, the deciding factor will be the state of Mr MacDonald’s health. Sir Thomas Holder twice visited him this week.
