Mr. Norrie to Go Abroad By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, August 17. Wellington’s chief municipal librarian, Mr. J. Norrie, has been invited by the trustees of the Carnegie Corporation to study libraries in the United States and Europe. He will leave for the United States and Europe next month. It is anticipated that he will be absent for at least six months.
