BRADMAN’S BATTING
Out After the Record 1000 RUNS IN 22 DAYS (Received 7, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, May 6. Mr. Moult, writing in the “Dally Telegraph,” as a result of an inquiry received from an Australian at Leicester, surmises that Bradman is out to beat, the record jointly held by Grace in 1895 and Hammond in 1927. scoring a thousand runs in 22 days.
