TORNADO IN INDIA
Death and Destruction CALCUTTA, May 2. Twenty were killed and a large number injured and considerable damage done to property by a tornado which passed over Sj'lhet and suburbs last night. Numerous houses were blown down and telegraphic communications ent. A Government launch and a number of cargo laden country boats sank in tho river Surma. Many arc reported missing.
