Colours Consecrated by Primate By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, April 8 The colours in New Zealand of the Old Contemptible?’ Association were consecrated by the Primate, Archbishop Averill, in St. Matthew’s Church this afternoon. The Governor General was present. After the service he inspected a parade of Mons veterans outside the church. Prior to the service members of the Auckland branch of the Old Contempt ibles assembled on the wharf in company with other ex-servicemen’s units, and to the music of bands marched to the church.
