WHEAT DISCUSSIONS
Preference Complications (Received 7, 1.30 p.m.) ROME, April 6. The. wheat discussions showed that the proposals for preferential treatment raised many complications. Accordingly it was decided not to make speccific recommendations to Governments, but to present a report on the discussion, which a sub-committee representing France, Britain, America, and Australia is drawing up.
