It is seeking an agreement to raise the price by reducing exports or not selfing abroad below 3 predetermined price, The discussions were devoted to progress of implementing the wheat agreement nnd reporting on the crop situation. The American carry-over will probably amount to 100.000,(XX) bushels. The Australian wheat area probably will he reduced. Argentina is not restricting cultivation. Canada is 15 per cent, lower. Russia is substituting wheat for rye. and Germany has slightly reduced her area. Britain’s increase in area of 6 per eent. town would lead to ft pro rata reduction of the tobsidy.
