R’s 6 7-8 d to 7 l-Bd, 4’s 6 5-8 d to 6 7-8 d; secondary lambs, 7d to 7Jd; N.Z. mutton, small 4Jd to 54d. large 4 l-8d to 4?.d; N.Z. ewes, small 3sd to 4Jd, large 2.1 d to 31d; N.Z. beef, ox hinds 27-8 d to 3 l-Bd, fores 2d to 2Jd; Argentine chilled, ox hinds 4ld to 4jd, o' fores 2?d to 3jd; N.Z. pork, 5Jd to sjd; Australian lambs, 6|d to 6}d; Argentine lambs, 6d to 64d. Lambs; The demand is not quite so good and the market is rather easier, hut no material change is anticipated. Wethers: Trade is slow. Ewes: There is a fair demand. Beef: Demand and prices are steady. Pork: There is a good demand at present prices. Trade generally is quiet.
