A SOCIABLE CLUB
NEW MEMBERS NEEDED. In view ol the annual meeting of the ' Has Hangs Women’s Community Club I taking place on April 18. members are anxious to see that the membership ol the club does not lessen, and newcomers to Hawke’s Bay are urgdd to see the secretary, Mrs Lovell-Smith, about the club and all information will be supplied. Those who would like to join will begin the year well if they are proposed for membership at the annual meeting, for from then on the circles and interesting meetings are in full swing. Bridge, music, literary, and garden circles, besides an opportunity for play-reading and dramatic work are all included in the schedule, and those women who feel lonely in Hastings will find the club a very pleasant resort, "here new iiieuds are to be found.
