LABOUR PAPER’S CLAIM
Judgment Against Govt. (Received 6, 10.10 a.m.) SYDNEY, April 5. Mr. Justice Evatt in the High Court gave judgment for £lll4, tho full amount claimed, in favour of Kenneth Eduard Bardolph, proprietor of the “Labour Weekly” of Adelaide, who sued the Government of New South Wales for breach of contract. During the Tang Government regime an advertising contract was entered into between Bardolph and the State and on the return of the Stevens Government this contract was annulled. Bardolph refused to admit that the agreement with the Government hn-i terminated and continued to insert nd vertisements.
