JAPAN’S LATEST Baby Motor Cars for £5O THREAT TO BRITISH TRADE (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received 6, 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 5. The “Dally Mirror” says that British motor car manufacturers have received warnings from Far East agents that Japan is planning to flood Britain’s home and overseas markets with £5O baby motor cars, of which a specification has already reached London revealing a striking resemblance to a British car. The “Mirror” asks: “How will Britain meet this new menace to a most, flourishing industry?”
