GIFTS DURING MARCH DONATIONS ACKNOWLEDGED The matron of Pukeora Sanatorium, Miss A. C. Moore (I’ukehou), three cases peaches; Hatuma Women’s Institute, flowers, home-made bread from competitions; Mrs Jamieson (Wallingford) per Red Cross, Cornhili Magazines, Spheres and Punches; Dannevirke Bowling Club, The Round Table, The Fortnightly Review, the Spectator; 8.1.W. Fed. N.Z. Wellington branch, books, papers and pamphlets; Waipukurau Women's Institute, flowers; anonymous, the Month magazine; Brooks’ billiard saloon (Waipukurau), billiard table accessories , the Commercial Travellers’ Association (per Mr Shilson), one dozen billiard cues. Smith (Otane), Daily Mails and Toe H .toernals; Mrs Tod, cakes and gems; Mr Prujean, transport, of ths artillery band to the sanatorium on March 8; Waipawa Red Cross, cigarettes, 12 tins salmon, 15 tins fruit, bananas, oranges, passion fruit, lemons, sponge cakes, biscuits, cream cakes, Turkish delight, four jars jam. three jars pickles.
