The combined automobile associations of the Dominion made a donation of £lOO to Constable C. F, Stewart, of Auckland in recognition of his bravem in endeavouring to capture a motor thief last September. As a result of his plucky action, it/will be remem hered, Constable Stewart received severe injuries, from which even now he has not fully recovered He has sent a letter of thanks to the Hawke's Ray Automobile Association for its contribution to thr 'JoHstien received l>> bi in.
