WORLD’S BIGGEST NAVY
Germany’s Plans all Prepared LONDON, April 4. Mr Hector By water, in the "Daily Telegraph,’’ says that Germany’s plans for a big navy second to none are already fully prepared, and only the word is needed to put them into operation. Information from Berlin suggests that the word may not be long deferred.
