DEFAULTING DEBTORS
Business Barred by U.S. Bill (Received 5, 12.45 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 4. The House of Representatives to-day approved Senator Johnson’s bill barring financial transactions by United States citizens with foreign Governments defaulting in their obligations. The measure has passed the Senate, and now goes to President Roosevelt for signature.
