UNDER AN INCH |N NAPIER SECOND LOWEST FOR SIX YEARS J Loss than an inch of rain fell at Napier during March. Rain fell on eight days, with the highest recorded fall of .32 ins. on March 9. The total fall for the month was .96 in., which constitutes the second lowest fall in March during the past six years.
