Party Assaulted in Restaurant LONDON, March 30. The “Daily Telegraph's’’ Munich correspondent says: "The Bavarian Government has ordered an inquiry in. to a severe attack on an Englishman, Mr J. Cecil, grandson of the Marquis of Salisbury, by Nazis. "While Mr Cecil and party were dining at a restaurant two Nazis seated at the next table molested a German woman belonging to Mr Cecil’s party because she had rouge on her face. The woman’s husband demanded an apology and was knocked down. Mr Cecil went to his assistance.
