Tripartite Agreement (Received 17, 1.30 p.m.) ROME, March 16. It is understood that Signor Mussolini, Dr. Dollfuss and M. Gombos reached a political and economic agreement. affirming the intention of the signatories to collaborate in the restoration of the Danubian States, to which they invite others to adhere.
