GOLD MEDAL AWARDS
U.S. Honours English Actor (Received 17, 10.10 a.m.) LOS ANGELES, March 16. Katherine Hepburn and Charles Laughton to-day hold the gold medal awards of one of the leading film trade publications for th© outstanding histrionic contributions to motion pictures in 1933. Misg Hepburn gains the award for her work in “Morning Glory” and Mr Laughton for his part as the king in “The Private Life of Henry VIII.”
