East, and North-east districts for the 48 hours from 9 o’clock to-day:— Summary : An intense anti-cyclone b now centred east of Otago. The cyclone to the north of Norfolk Island has made some progress southwards. Forecast: Moderate south to southeast winds, freshening shortly. Weather fair, but cloud increasing, and later some rain. Sea ß moderate but rising. HIGH TIDE. (At Glasgow Wharf).
