EFFICIENT MARKETING The men on the land, probably, have never before been so unhap. pily situated as they are to-day. That they are largely the victims of world circumstances cannot be denied. How much better off they would be were they efficiently organised and assisted by effective marketing schemes nobody can say. There is, however, every Justification for assuming that, in general, their troubles would be considerably less acute than they are. M.T.
